Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier:

  • Standard Domestic (US): 5–15 business days
  • Expedited Domestic (US): 3–7 business days (where available)
  • Europe (Standard): 10–25 business days
  • Europe (Expedited): 7–14 business days (where available)

Please note that some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages if you order multiple items.

3. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping notification.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may be available and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delays BarkCart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping & Customs We ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside BarkCart's control. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

8. EU Customers Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Right of Withdrawal. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
